"This was a very pleasant experience for us. The room (King) was spacious and the bed was SUPER comfortable! When we requested items for our room (fridge and towels) they arrived within minutes. The fridge is an extra fee ($25 for the entire stay), but we knew that going into it and we had items that had to stay cold. It was worked into the cost of the stay but we each got a $30/day credit to use at the on site restaurants or bar, so it was the illusion of free stuff! I was quite satisfied and...

"The Hotel is really nice staff very friendly. The rooms need updating the carpet needs to be replaced. The bedding was very comfortable and the views were awesome. Overall this Hotel is just steps away from time square and very convenient. House keeping did a great job cleaning the room. My only suggestion would be to have a Microwave to reheat food after going to the restaurant and having left overs . If possible have a location where there is a microwave if they can not put one in every room...

"Comfortable room with an amazing view. I was told that there was a $100 deposit that would be released upon check out but that wasn’t the case. When I went to check out, I was told it would take 7-10 business days to get the $100 back. I was NOT happy about that. Also, my points did NOT transfer into my account for my stay even after 72 hours. I had to contact Hyatt through email and still waiting for my points to transfer. Very disappointed. "

My only real.complaint was when we checked out I dropped off my keys before going to the grab and go breakgast and was informed I would have to pay even tho i was a customer drom the night before. "The property it's self was excellent, it was a shame the roof bar was not open. There was a lot of rubbish bags etc, just outside the front of the property. I am not sure if this belonged to the property. The room was extremely clean, and the view was amazing. I have already passed the details to friends as a recommended property to use. "
