"Hotel was perfect for me as a solo traveller. Really good location, pretty quiet, helpful staff. I asked for a quiet room as i am a really light sleeper - staff made sure this request was met and also helped me with an upgrade to ensure i didn't have an inter connected room (moderate doubles have these so I upgraded to a standard). They have take away food and coffee etc if you want it. Room was perfect for myself, but if i was travelling with my partner the bed would have been far too small...

"Great location in central Tromso. Fantastic breakfast including a great choice of gluten free items. Lovely lounge area with free coffee, great as a spot to chill out after room check out or while waiting for transport. Room was very comfortable and cosy. Lovely modern bathroom with a nice selection of complimentary toiletries. Only criticism of our stay is that the shower was not very powerful and the water temperature was too cool for our liking, other than that everything was great."

"Property was great! Location was super convenient to all of the fun stuff Tromsø has to offer. Dining, tours, etc. all walking distance. "Breakfast buffet spread was exquisitely presented/plated. Outdoor footwear must be removed in indoor areas. Car parking location was about a 100m walk but we were allowed to drive up to our block to offload/load our luggage. The outdoors is in total darkness and it was out there that we took photos of the Northern Lights. The only blip we experienced was our room heating being not adequately warm enough during our three nights stay there. The heating is manually adjusted by the boss on her iPad."

"We had a wonderful stay at St Elisabeth Hotel. Very modern, clean and warm. We loved the breakfasts in the panoramic restaurant, the free coffee/hot choc vending melachine. We had a late check-in and the system worked perfectly, as did the taxi collection service. We wanted the view of Tromso and the tranquility and enjoyed the short walk into the centre.
