From the easy check in to the convenient location and microwave and refrigerator. Those 2 things alone saved us money on food. We were able to warm up leftovers. "Wonderful hotel. Our beachfront room was steps from the beach. The balcony was large and we loved watching the whales from there. The shower was amazing! The hotel is quiet. No music around the pool which was nice. It is a 5 minute walk to Black Rock (great snorkelling) or Whalers Village (opposite way) for shopping and many more dining options. We didn't want to leave."

Front desk staff is great and they have a wine & cheese event that is very nice for guests. It helps you meet other guests in case you’re traveling solo. Gym is also pretty decent (although some of the machines need to be oiled a bit). The cons: the only water filter is in the lobby and is superrrrrr slow so I had to buy...
