"Great place for family stay"

"Location and views are incredible. The sunsets from the property were seriously out of this world. Amazing experience. There is a lot of traffic noise along the strip, but our property was on Level 32 (Premium Oceanfront), so was not too distruptive. Having stayed in both east & middle apartments at Waikiki Beach Tower, I'd recommend the apartments on the most easterly side (#01) as these are larger, and still enjoy sweeping views. "

"We liked the location. Love that is was right across the beach. Enjoyed our morning walks/ run on the beach. The property itself was in good condition. The unit was equipped with all necessities. Only issues were the dryer that didn't work properly but had maintenance fix the issue. The screen door got stuck often when trying to open and close. The fridge would accumulate water, dripping from the condensation from the freezer. The unit definitely needs some updating and repairs, but for our week...

"Liked that the property was a little out of the City centre. Onsite parking. Disappointed we had to move rooms due to air conditioning noise, however resolved immediately by moving us into another room. Only disappointment other room was a little better with some things, eg. Shelf above vanity in bathroom (which was quite handy), toilet seat a bit weird, layout, first room a little bigger. Staff were very friendly, communication a little unclear before stay."

"This hotel is not a bad hotel, it's actually quite decent, or would be for an off-brand hotel. Hard to see how it is up to Hyatt Regency standards though. It's old and been worked hard, every day for a long time. So it's fraying and in need of a solid refresh to move it upmarket to merit the brand properly. On the other hand, the views off the front are inspiring and the location on the strip quite excellent.d The resort fee is the usual ripoff for which you get very little - this is not an irritation unique to this property, seems everyone here is doing it now."
