"Overall a very good facility. The beach views in the higher priced rooms are very poor only a small view across a lot of buildings blocking the view. Breakfast is very limited with a small menu for those who bought breakfast tickets. Bring your own soap and toilet tissue. The staff was great and valet parking was very easy and quick. Oh, the $25 discount on parking is only for one day not your full stay. I would probably find an upgraded hotel on my next trip. "

"We stayed in a Kai King room in Jan. 2025 and were very impressed with the quality, decor and amenities provided in the new Kai Tower! The room was very spacious with lovely modern decor! We enjoyed the hot tubs and infinity pool. Junior our pool side bartender was exceptional. The location of this hotel in Kihei is excellent and just across from the beach. "We make it out to Oahu every year for an expo. This time we decided to stay by the marina, closer to the venue. I noticed mixed reviews on this hotel, but they were one of the less expensive options in the area (all are pricey). I was pleasantly surprised by great customer service and attention to detail, in true Hilton property fashion. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. And while I did get an upgraded room thanks to my HH status, it was next to the elevator, so not the quietest...
