"Hotel Alpenhof if a beautiful, peaceful hotel in Grendelwald. We had a suite on the top floor with a balcony and a sweeping view of the mountains and green hillsides. "My husband and I stayed here for two nights and loved it! Really helpful staff and a great location that is both very walkable and an easy bus ride to Wildeswil (which was much easier than walking to Interlaken Ost for the train). The room was clean, big, had a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and I definitely recommend you try the Hungarian restaurant two doors down (Hoppla Bistro). I would definitely stay here again."
