"This property is modern in facility considering its a cabin style lodging which skiers and snow fanatics will appreciate. The location is in Grindewald close to the Terminal station. The place is well kept and very clean. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. Our stay includes free breakfast. This property has nice views of both the villages and the mountains. "I would have give 5 stars, but the only downside is that you should have a car to reach the property, otherwise you have to walk up a steep hill to reach from the closest bus stop or a dining place which could be challenge for seniors"

"Charming hotel with good breakfast and lots of dining options. 5 min walk from the Grindelwald station. I injured my knee skiing at Jungfrau and went to to local doctor. The hotel was able to send a car to pick me up. They also took our family to the train station at checkout."

"This property is the iconic Swiss hotel with friendly staff and spectacular views. Our room was on the lowest floor but still had a Mountain View. However, it shared a public terrace instead of a private terrace, which was the case of the upper floors. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. "

"We loved our six night stay at Hotel Tshuggen and Grindelwald. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had a room on the first floor with a balcony and a beautiful view out to Mt Eiger. It was a short walk to the train station which gave us access to most of the attractions and ski fields, and a short walk in the opposite direction to FirstBahn. Breakfast was included in the room tariff and was a selection of cereals, yogurt, fruit, cheese, bread and croissants and deli meats, along with a variety of teas and coffee, and orange juice. It was a lovely way to start the day. "
