"Everything was wonderful! Location ,hospitality and food amazing! Views from room were amazing!! But, the shower was moldy and toilet had dark brown stains. A deep clean and update the scratched up furniture this would have been perfect!!! Parking is limited and you have to hike your luggage up the hill a bit. "

"I booked 8 months out a single room for a solo trip! Cute room, but was a little bummed about a twin bed and room with a partial view from under the roof; but all was good. The main view from the hotel lobby/restraunt made up for it! No shuttle to the hotel so had to get a cab because I didn’t get a bus card until I checked in. Otherwise the staff was very nice and helpful! Hotel food was great! Would recommend! "

"This hotel's strongest asset is it is super close and easy to get to and from the train station with a short walk. The room is small but comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful. "We chose to stay in Interlaken as a good central jumping off point for the region. It is literally connected to the Interlaken West train station, it could not be more convenient! The hotel is nice and fresh in the common areas, the stairs and areas around the elevators can use a fresh coat of paint. The staff is outstanding and the restaurant is good, but the staff is the real story! We weren’t crazy about our accommodation, the room was quite small especially with all the luggage we had...
