Room was well maintained, breakfast spread was extensive, staff were top notch in terms of friendliness, sauna/infinity pool is incredible. Shuttle to/from train station on day of arrival/departure was convenient. Spiez is a wonderful little town. This is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we WILL definitely stay here again!

Very lovely stay. Beautiful views of the lake. Room was large and very comfortable with a full size tub for soaking after hikes all day. The trek to the train station from the hotel is uphill but manageable. Food at restaurant was average.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service!

The Strandhotel Belvedere is truly amazing! I arrived early yesterday, and was warmly greeted by Carolina, whose customer service was outstanding. I was able to check in earlier than expected, and am so happy at this hotel. They have a gorgeous view at ‘Captains Bar’ where I received a complimentary desert and coffee. The wellness area is gorgeous! And then, I had dinner last night at their restaurant. It was truly one of the best meals of my life, and the service I received from Dominique was also outstanding. She and the other server were amazing, and made my dinner experience so special. I cannot wait to return to this beautiful hotel!

Loved this hotel and it was such a shame that we were here for just one night. I'd return to Spiez just to stay at this hotel again. Beautiful property located in a beautiful location. Staff was amazing, friendly, and so accommodating. We had to catch an early train and they packed breakfast for us to eat on the train. The dry sauna overlooking the lake was so dreamy. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay.
