Had a great stay, great location, breakfast was ok. Quiet hotel. Friendly reception and breakfast staff. Everything is walkable and nearby. The only issue I had was on checking out, there was a hotel driver when asked if he was going to station he said no he was going to a shop, so I had to walk 11minutes to station with my luggage, when I reach 8minutes into my walk he was indeed parked by a shopā€¦this upset me as it would have been nice to get a drop close to station as hotel did advise free shuttle service to and from station

You can tell the owners take a tremendous amount of pride in this property. Almost feels like a large bed and breakfast. Rooms are beautiful and the view of the Matterhorn was incredible !

We loved our stay at Hotel Bristol. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adorable and had a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. Everything is within walking distance but you can easily get a cab or bus. The morning we left, the hotel had a complimentary cab for us! We would stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent Hotel in Zermatt
We had a lovely stay here! Very convenient location, especially if you want to view the Matterhorn šŸ˜Ž The staff are nice & the breakfast is very delicious (among all the numerous choices, the breads are really the best! We love it so much~!) The free shuttle service is convenient too! Hope we can stay here again very soon!
