I stayed at this boutique hotel with my two kids in a family room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are more spacious than any other traditional hotel room. We loved that. Room had both, shower and bathtub. Location is very convenient. We walked from the station to the hotel and it took us about 3 minutes. Hotel has a small steam, sauna and whirlpool which I enjoyed after a day of skiing. Bus for ski gondolas/train stops very close too. PS. This is a traditional European hotel so you will not find a bar soap. Only liquid soap and shampoo. Which I can live without but if you can’t just pack one.

Very close to train station. Walkable to everywhere, yet a block or so off the main street...so quiet. We had the fourth floor, which had very nice views of the mountains. Our room was beautiful.

Loved our Jr Suite!. Had everything we could have needed. Had a great stay and the front desk was always friendly and helped out with anything that we needed. Breakfast was also great and convenient with options for all diets. Will definitely look to stay here again the next time in Zermatt.

We are very happy we stayed at hotel Simi. The lady at the front desk helped us book reservations for dinner two nights in wonderful restaurants. We used the sauna and loved the great location. It had a separate room for snowboards/skis which was nice. The breakfast was very good. While it was right in the middle of things, it was tucked away on a side road so it was very quiet. We had a queen room for three people with one sleeping on the pull out couch. Just be prepared as the couch is very firm. I would definitely recommend this hotel
