Staff is nice and they helped with the shuttle service back and forth. Place is very well maintained and has a lot charm. "The hotel is a fairly long walk from the train station, but it's an easy one. The hotel is just next to the cable car to Schilthorn, which is great. The front desk closes about 4-5 p.m., so if you arrive after that make sure to contact them. Very clean. Very nice staff. "
