Staff is nice and they helped with the shuttle service back and forth. Place is very well maintained and has a lot charm. "The hotel is a fairly long walk from the train station, but it's an easy one. The hotel is just next to the cable car to Schilthorn, which is great. The front desk closes about 4-5 p.m., so if you arrive after that make sure to contact them. Very clean. Very nice staff. "

"Well. What can I say. 5 stars from checking to leaving. The room itself & the hotel were perfect. Staff were kind & very helpful Dinner in the hotel restaurant was fantastic so much so we are there every night of our 3 night stay , ate something different each night & we’re not disappointed with the service or quality. I can understand the mixed reviews but we enjoyed the laid back , not rushed very European service …the staff were professional & knowledgeable regards the menu , wines & cocktails Facilities on offer were great & for us it was a fantastic base for our itinerary…lots to fo & see …we will definitely be back as we can’t wait to see it in Winter. One of the best views in the area in the middle of Interlaken ost train station & harder kulm on one side and shops and restaurants on the other. Great view of the mountains and paragliders landing spot right in front of hotel"
