"Very quiet - only a few rooms per floor. Even though the property was sold out during our stay, it didn't feel crowded at all. The outdoor terraces are great places to gather for downtime or enjoy a take-out meal. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was AMAZING! We'll definitely be staying at this property on our next trip to NYC."

"Really enjoyed this hotel. In a quiet area that’s a 15 minute walk from Times Square. Really good size rooms. Small well equipped kitchen. Free breakfast which we enjoyed. "Room was very spacious and bathroom beautifully remodeled with walk in shower. Comfortable sitting area, mini-fridge…and a beautiful view of the Chrysler Building. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Grand Central, Bryant Park and certainly walkable to Times Square…I did it with a cane. All in all very pleasantly surprised. Reasonably priced for such nice accommodations."

"The staff were very helpful at check-in but we did find it a little off putting to have the time share sales people 'accost' us as we made our way to the lifts to go to our room. They informed us it was the 2nd stage of checking in - which is simply not true! We politely declined being subjected to a sales pitch. Other than that, our stay was fantastic. I can recommend this property...and it was much quieter than where we had stayed previously in Midtown where traffic noise reached us even on...
