"A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju. "

"Staff are not accommodating and cold, all my requests were rejected such as extra pillow. Secondly, the floor towel and the shower towels are treated as same meaning same colour same size. This is not acceptable as the shower towels need to be bigger to cover our heads and body and also to distinguish between floor and body use. It is very unhygienic to do this practise."
