"Best hotel in that area. Fantastic sea view and big family suite. Huge toilet with plush slippers. Convenience store and bakery cafe within hotel premise. Car park is unfortunately not big enough to accommodate all guests’ cars especially in the night "

"Real nice big hotel with large rooms. We were upgraded to a slighty bigger bed due to low season during Xmas. Underground parking available. Super nice heated pool with live performances at times. Will be back."

"Love everything about this JW Marriott Jeju. From the front desk staff, restaurants, facilities, to our room, everything was well thought out and of 6 Star quality. The staff here were excellent, professional and well trained. They took well care of us from check in to check out. This is not something I normally write reviews about, but the food selection and quality in their restaurants were excellent. Everything was best quality and perfectly done. This is the most beautiful JW Marriott site I have ever seen. We will be back for sure. "

"Beautiful garden with many impressive copper artwork next to a museum. It has a cafe provides set breakfast & set dinner. We had breakfast & dinner at the cafe, it tastes good. It was therapeutic walking around the stay compound garden in the morning, hearing the bird chirping. The owner has a private owned collection museum. She’s very kind to show us, explains to us about her collection Artworks. P.s (For foreigners, need to pay extra attention on the signage). The signage “Cafe Stay” can be confusing. Not tally with Jeju Bom Stay. "

"The hotel was nice, clean and close enough to shopping and restaurants - some on foot, otherwise by a quick taxi ride. What stood out more than anything was the excellent staff! Especially 보미 and 연아! They took so much time to explain sites and options around the area and give recommendations for food and activities. And they were friendly and interested in our adventures as well. They made the hotel special. Of course the view sitting in the tub looking out onto the ocean was pretty amazing also!"
