"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. "The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English and very helpful. The bed was firm, but missing a bottom fitted sheet over the mattress cover. The room is not large but adequate for a couple with two rolling bags. It was nice to have a washing machine to do laundry. As others mentioned, the bath towels are on the small side but it was fine for us. Central location in older part of Jeju city and walking distance to Olle market and black pork restaurants. "

The only thing that nagged at me was that I reserved a room with a double bed, but the hotel gave me a room with 2 twin beds.
