"We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the ground floor and it was clean and spacious. There is a EV charger onsite as well as a washing machine which the owner told me I could use it. Overall, a great stay

"We had a problem with the first room because the powder room was not so clean (unsanitary stain on the wall) and one closet door was not working properly. However, the hotel staff was very responsive and accommodating; we got a new room with an upgrade and some nice touches (such as the kids robe and slippers). The city/mountain view from our room was stunning! And the beds were super comfortable. Loved the kids arcade and the pools. Appreciated the 7-11 and ate well at the Japanese restaurant. Oh, and there was fantastic music playing throughout the hotel - 80s and 90s soundtrack for this Gen Xer! We would definitely stay again."
