We had an amazing dining experience at this Chinese restaurant China House at the Grand Hyatt Jeju, so much so that we went two nights in a row! "Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

"The Shilla was a very pleansant stay. Although we did not get to use all the facilities like the pool the rooms were super clean and cleaning staff are on the ball. Perhaps the building of a indoor bar near pool with views would add to the experience"

"This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful, and most spoke English. The food was delicious at the restaurant and I enjoyed the hot tub in the room. Walking to the Secret Garden was fun and scenic. They helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my friend as well. Highly recommend for both winter and summer!"

"Loved the scenery and the luxurious vibe. The room was amazing and the outdoor bath was superb. The location was easy enough to get to with a hire car and the staff were fantastic and helpful. Easily the nicest hotel stay I have ever had."

"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing.
