"I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great central location in Cusco. The hotel is small and family-run with incredible service. The included daily breakfast was above and beyond my expectation with coffee/tea, fresh fruit, bread, juice, and eggs made to order. The morning I left for Machu Picchu at 4am, the staff prepared a to-go lunch for me, as well. Because the hotel is located in a small courtyard and set back from the busy street, I found it incredibly quiet at night....

"The hotel itself is lovely and just what you expect from a Hilton property. The location is not convenient though, on a map it looks close to the main square but it's up a very steep hill. We only stayed one night in between stops and I'm so glad we didn't stay more. It's about a 20 minute walk down the steep hill to the main square and a taxi ride (10-15 soles) back up the hotel. There are no food options around the hotel so you do have to go down. Uber is an option in Cusco as well. "

"This place was great! Giada who worked there was incredibly helpful! She whatsapped us in advance, arranged a taxi to pick us up for a very reasonable price, had breakfast ready for our 3am departure, and held our bags for us. She also connected us with a couple local drivers who could take us to sites in the sacred valley. The room was really clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Would 100% recommend! "

The building’s elevator is a welcomed convenience, as every step at 3,500 meters above sea level is no small feat. The view from the 12th-floor bar is truly breathtaking.
