"Huge hotel, Separated to two different areas with own receptions. Spa side looked nicer. We were on the other side. Lots of people. Rooms outdated. We had to change the first room which had very strong smell of detergent or something else. Room changing was smooth"

"Rooms were not very soundproof, could here other guests from other rooms. Great pools. Good breakfast. Short walk to the beach at Ao Nang. Easy to get cabs and shuttles. Hotel only gave 2 bath towels, not hand towels. Did not offer conditioner or lotion in guest bathroom. "

"This is a very good hotel to stay at. Very nice rooms, very nice 1.2m deep pool. Very helpful staff and the location is extremely convenient being so close to the main Patong Central Beach."

"The Nap Patong is situated a two minute walk away from the main pulse of Patong Beach and its main hub. Staff at the Nap Patong were always welcoming every time my wife and I saw them during the day between coming and going into the Nap. It is quite easy to venture around the grounds that have been so thoughtfully landscaped. we will be returning to the Nap Patong on out next visit to Patong."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we had a medical emergency that could’ve been handled better. The staff needs to be more educated, trained and prepared for situations like this. We wasted the first couple hours of emergency by being misguided about clinics in the vicinity. "

"The hotel”s location is a 10/10. 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to town. The hotel is st the end of the road, so very quiet. Pools are great. We spent our time in the pool overlooking the beach. Breakfast was good."

"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...
