" The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and understanding, especially as I dealt with an issue with LATAM; they went above and beyond to assist me. The building’s elevator is a welcomed convenience, as every step at 3,500 meters above sea level is no small feat. The view from the 12th-floor bar is truly breathtaking. While the room felt a bit outdated, this was reflected in the price, making it overall a good value for the stay. "

"This hotel was beautifully restored and maintained. It is in a great location - close to the city's plaza - which makes walking around and exploring Cusco great. There is also a full jug of clean water in the lobby at any time, which allows for easy drinking. The staff was accommodating and kind, and allowed us to store our bags during the Incan trail. "
