"Augustin was AMAZING. We arrived late due to a medical emergency, and he was there to greet us and open the gate for us on arrival. There is no parking on site, and the parking nearby was closed when we arrived, so Augustin hopped in the car and helped us with the parking! He insisted on carrying all of our luggage to and from the room, and when we left very early in the morning he was there to help us load the car. What a gem. "The room was freezing cold with no heating. Lots of blankets so you eventually got warm in the bed. Shower water never got warm. Standard Peruvian breakfast but smaller, consisting of bread, 1 scrambled egg and a small juice. Good location for walking to the main square"
