"I needed a room large enough for about six people to sleep. My son had to have surgery at the next morning and I found this room. It was humongous!!! It felt like a two bedroom apartment. It could have been a little cleaner there was something sticky on the door like soda spray or something, but it was perfect for our one night stage my family. "It was clean and front desk was very friendly and efficient. The interiors definitely could use some upgrading. Could not for the life of me figure out how the shower was supposed to work. The lotion dispenser had soap in it, and so did the soap dispenser. "Breakfast" was even more of a disappointment than I expected. Not even prepackaged pastry or an apple, only generic bowls of cereal. The "hot" water for the tea wasn't even lukewarm. "

"The reason for staying here was because it’s next to Golden1 and we were going there for the PBR event. We did the valet parking $47 and it worked perfectly. When checking in, the staff was very professional. They even offered if we wanted a high floor level or low floor level. The room we got was very nice, very modern. "Anytime I come to sac I will always stay at this hotel! The customer service was the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Michael at the check in desk was so helpful and even hooked my partner and I up with free drink vouchers when we told him it was our anniversary! Later in the night at the bar we met Renae who was so sweet and talked with us the whole time we were there making sure we liked our drinks. 10/10 would recommend, this was the best way to spend our anniversary!"
