"The room was always clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. There was no free breakfast as advertised. At the cafe, i was told they were not taking orders yet, but yet someone walked up in front of me and she took their order. I dont know why. Could have been any number of reasons, but she still didnt take my order."

"Our family stayed the weekend. at the property during attendance at a conference nearby. We enjoyed the ease of walking access to the auditorium and great local restaurants. The standout of this stay, by far, was our room attendant Chien (sp?) (rm 755). She was so helpful each time we needed more room supplies or had questions about our room. We were in and out of the room getting ready for performances or needing a rest and she was so accommodating. What a pleasant series of interactions...

"The reason for staying here was because it’s next to Golden1 and we were going there for the PBR event. We did the valet parking $47 and it worked perfectly. When checking in, the staff was very professional. They even offered if we wanted a high floor level or low floor level. The room we got was very nice, very modern. "Great location! Rooms clean. Gym neglected and dirty in corners and windows. Staff friendly but not very informed. Valet slow most of the time. Location makes up for all of the downsides but overall it feels like this Hyatt isn’t managed well, and the lack of attention to detail makes the experience less than it could be. "

"Sleek new hotel, very modern, clean and comfortable. I chose the hotel for its proximity to the train station and the Capitol Mall area where I had a meeting. It was also one of the more reasonable, cost-wise, in the area. It’s downtown, so there was some some grit and street noise (the light rail goes by right out front) but not too bad and I felt fairly safe walking around in the early evening (solo female traveler).
