"There were drunk loud people in the room right under us. They kept us awake, we asked them nicely to be quiet. But it didn't change, so I called down to the front desk. She said she was familiar with the guys in the room and would talk to them. She did and they were quiet. The walls are very thin in the rooms, you can hear what everyone on each side of you is doing and saying. It needs insulation. It would be nice if they served a continental breakfast. "We got here and were greated warmly. It's extremely clean. The room smells good and I feel comfy walking barefoot in here. The design, bedding, fridge, tv, bath, microwave etc are all new looking. We asked if we could smoke on the deck and were told yes, they are one of the only hotels in the area that allow it. I had to ask because no where around the property was there evidence of smokers. It's extremely well maintained. Can't wait for breakfast, as we've heard great things"

"Lovely staff for our girls trip weekend getaway. The concierge who was training was amazing! The lovely woman also gave us a free upgrade to a beautiful balcony room facing the woods. Overall great experience. Breakfast was also yum! All staff so nice. Felt like home"
