"The hotel is wonderful. Nicely kept and good service. They have valet for easy parking if you are staying for more than one night. Around the hotel isn’t quite as clean but that happens in cities."

"The hotel is beautiful and historic - rooms are a little small, but it’s a gorgeous hotel with great service. I stayed there 14 years ago, and the area around the hotel has declined significantly since then. There are dozens of homeless people around the hotel constantly, and the local shops on the street are vandalized and in poor shape. The City would do well to solve their homelessness issue an bring the local tenants back…"

"Our family stayed the weekend. at the property during attendance at a conference nearby. We enjoyed the ease of walking access to the auditorium and great local restaurants. The standout of this stay, by far, was our room attendant Chien (sp?) (rm 755). She was so helpful each time we needed more room supplies or had questions about our room. We were in and out of the room getting ready for performances or needing a rest and she was so accommodating. What a pleasant series of interactions...

"You know what you are getting with Best Western properties. Standard accommodations, clean, excellent staff from check in right to the maids. Always appreciate the free breakfast! This site had excellent choices from make your own waffles, to oatmeal with all the toppings."

"The room was always clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. There was no free breakfast as advertised. At the cafe, i was told they were not taking orders yet, but yet someone walked up in front of me and she took their order. I dont know why. Could have been any number of reasons, but she still didnt take my order."
