"Perfectly located within walking distance from restaurants and shopping. Room service staff were very helpful. Our check-in could have been better handled. We arrived at 1.45 and had to wait as rooms were not ready. Reception staff were flustered and not helpful. It took us almost an hour after we arrived to get our rooms. Except for reception staff at the time everything about this hotel is excellent."

"The room was clean and well-appointed. There was a desk; chair; closet/cabinet; kettle with cups, coffee and tea, and toiletries (including a shaving kit). The WiFi worked consistently well. We managed to get check-in as they have a policy of check-in by 2:30pm. The room has road view and was clean. There were no water bottles in the room. "Staff very polite and genuinely ready to help. Hotel layout, particularly lobby and terrace are amazing. Dinning hall supervisor (Glen) was always there to make sure that other staff are prompt in providing great service. Highly recommended. Will come back in near future "
