"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"Fabulous relaxing stay at Postcard Velha. Service couldn’t be better. Food to die for. Fresh and delicious meal choices. Quiet, but only 15 minute walk to the old town. Beautifully furnished rooms. A fantastic choice to avoid the heat and bustle."

"The rooms were clean. The bathroom & toilet were average. The food at the restaurant was good. Benny Gomes (steward) was very helpful. There are two hotels with same name. One is Menino & other is Menino executive. There is no sign posting of the executive hotel. "

"We stayed over a week with the Grand Hyatt Goa and initially there were some issues with cleanliness and the age of the rooms, but their room division team managed to make improvements. Rishav a management Trainee was very special making the experience better every day with personal communication and little gifts like fresh flowers, hand written notes and treats while keeping the room at its best cleanliness. "Typical Portuguese style hotel built 30 years ago. Now a Taj property. Service not upto Taj standard especially Reception staff. Bit slow. Nice ambiance. Rooms are real heritage type n big. Portico u hv to squeeze your self. High tea horrible. At least they gave nice dosa. Cold tea. One small not so exciting bar. Food ok not super. The adjacent property Horizon is supposed to be modern with great view of the sea, The Heritage is closer to sea n few steps away. The beach is black sand ....
