"We got a double bed and it was spacious, paid breakfast was worth it and from 2100-2300hrs, there was free ramen and ice cream. The hot springs were segregated between men and women, there’s also full body massage chairs. Everybody was helpful and transportation / konbini was walking distance as well from the Shinkansen / JR line. Would recommend to anybody looking to explore these options / visiting Kyoto. "

"Super delightful stay. Close to everything - on a busy street but very quiet inside the hotel. Public baths and gym were very nice and relaxing. Free hot drinks, sodas, and popsicles for the kids on the lower level. Breakfast was great and staff was super helpful - we were so bummed to leave!!"

"Hotel Emion is a beautiful and modern hotel situated in a sleepy and quaint location just 5 mins walk from the train station. My family of 4 adults shared one room as they offer an option with 4 double beds, which worked out great. The room felt spacious and clean and the bathroom was great, as the sink area, shower/tub, and toilet were all separated. Helped with us all getting ready each day. There are multiple restaurants on the 1st and 2nd floor, as well as some vendors selling various items...

"The rooms were very clean. Just enough space for luggage and hanging out in the room. Washrooms were clean and the tub was a nice size. The area is very convenient. Family Mart just around the corner. Not too far from Kyoto station, or the local subway."

"This property is on the outskirts of Kyoto so dining options were limited. However the breakfasts were fantastic and we should have tried the dinner option. Transportation to and from Kyoto station was easy given the nearby bus stop and City Line 6. We enjoyed the large pool (although it unfortunately closes each day at 5 which is too early) and the communal bath was relaxing! Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was large, quiet and very clean. Area around the property was safe and very quiet. A great place to stay. I have been back home for four days and have already recommended this place to a few coworkers. "
