"The owners are very attentive, and present the Ryokan as your being a guest in their home. The traditional tatami is clean and comfortable. Lots of art and Japanese mementos all over, make you feel that you are in aJapanese home. Hot baths too!"

"I had a very pleasant stay. Facility is SUPER clean and the staff is excellent . My first night stay was in a “no smoking” room but it smelled of cigarettes. After an easy room change, everything was amazing. The breakfast was very good and rotated items daily. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Great spot. Close to Tokorozawa Station. Shops, restaurants and bakeries are a short walk. The room was kind of small for 3 large American men. The communication with us was excellent. Very quiet location but close to things to do. "

"Had concentrated dust in some spots like behind the tv, but nothing a little personal elbow grease couldn't fix. Exceptionally beautiful place otherwise, wonderful service, delicious breakfast, and incredibly accommodating staff. "

"This place rules. I mean we paid extra to get the lounge stuff and access to the gym/pools which we never used because turns out when you're in Tokyo you just wanna be OUT in Tokyo hahaha. But the lounge was great and had free booze and food. The rooms are great and included a lot of great immenities like bath salts! They also helped set up shipping our luggage to the next location. Definitely recommend. Pretty close to Shibuya crossing too, you can just walk there but be careful - it is a kinda confusing area with all of the elevated walkways haha. "

"We had an excellent experience at Keio. The location is very convenient, the staff and helpful and the place is spotless. We had a large room and bathroom especially for Tokyo. The only negative is that the rooms and hotel are a bit dated in style but everything is very well maintained. We would stay again "

"We enjoyed our stay at the JR Kyushu Blossom. Fantastic location! I wanted to express our appreciation to Justyna at the front desk, who provided exceptional service and was very helpful to my husband and I, both with our stay at the hotel as well as with helping us with translation and navigating tickets that we had issues with. She truly cared and wanted to make our time in Tokyo a memorable experience. Would definitely recommend and hope to return! "
