"I stayed in Ibis since July 2023m this is our 4th times stayed with Ibis Sheung Wan. I was not happy with the refrigerator in my room. I complaint many times, finally the hotel exchanges a working one for this stay after checked in after 3 days. Reception department told us this situation was reflected but this was out of their control with the upper management's decision. New refrigerators are order but on definite date of delivery for the new fridge. "

"The accommodation is at the heart of TST, very clean and close to everything. Room size is very good for Hong Kong standard, and had good self serve laundry facility. Our room had a good view of the city. Highly recommended. "

"My sec time staying in Royal Plaza! Hotel is clean and convenient most important the hotel is big, super near metro station (Mong Kok East station) cut thru the mall and 10-15 mins walk to Mong Kok station. Nice food everywhere. Will book the hotel again! Cut thru the mall to morning market/nightmarket! Highly recommended. Kids friendly too!"

"The area was very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The hotel room is comfortable even tho its on the smaller side but that is typical for Hong Kong. The house keeping staff was amazing."

"Great services received from the concierge clerks, on the contrary, the check in service (Marriott Bonvoy member counter) was just average - didn’t feel the hospitality! The bed was comfortable, unfortunately the strong smoke smell in the room throughout our entire stay! "

"Mr Simon the customer service is excellent I was waiting in the lobby waiting for my 3:00 pm check in around 12:15 pm , Mr Simon saw I am tired and approached me and told me as soon as the room is clean he will let me in the room right away and Mr Simon personally bring my baggage with me and show my room and give me a lots of info about the area for shopping eating and when we check out instead of two taxi for four people and a lots of baggage he arrange a big taxi to accommodate four of us with enough space to fit our luggage I definitely will be back again when I come to Hong Kong again and strongly recommend to all my friends because of excellent service of Mr Simon and the hotel facility looks clean and the air condition is really strong for the hot weather I will give them 10 point "
