"I saw the coffee station dirty a few times. One male staff walked away after seeing me approaching the kitchen area. All I wanted to ask for was water for making coffee. There was none on the table in the hallway. I had a very bad headache and as I stayed in the hotel while dealing with my son’s funeral. The front desk Spanish girl was very nice, pleasant and courteous. "
