"Manager Qi is super helpful and understanding. He is very kind and professional, always tentative and efficient to your requests. The hotel has a great location, in the sense that it is easy to reach lots of places and convenient to take meals and buy groceries. The room is spacious, furnished, and very clean. "Definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Beijing, there are great deal of hotels in Beijing, but Artyzen has most of the things you need without stress much of your wallet. Of course, it doesn’t have a swimming pool for those who love the water sports. Conveniently located with friendly staff. "Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the variety of breakfast was huge. One day I was late for breakfast and they are already serving lunch, I asked for a togo coffee and they gave it to me free. The area it located has multiple other big hotels too and it makes me feel safe even i was out till mid night. "

"The property is older but full of great charm. Staff is friendly and absolutely accommodating. Construction was going on at the street but didn’t impact our ability to get around. Would definitely stay again! So close to Forbidden City and Wangfujing. There is a reason they are so highly rated!!!"

"Overall a good experience. However, for some reason the room temperature is centrally controlled, NOT self controlled in each individual room. I went to Beijing in November and the room was very stuffy and hot. I had to get a couple fans to maintain the air flow."
