"First of all, the room is very large with separate walk in closet and bathtub/shower area. Most hotel has no bathtub any more. The young lady Alice in breakfast room is charming and warm and very on top of everything. I ordered earl grey tea with lemon once and then she brings me one every following date, The concierge team is also very helpful - a very pleasant stay for us in Beijing!"

"It is a mega type of hotel. Staff were efficient. Room was Okay, but the sharp LED lights reduced the comfort levels. They could use soft light instead."

"CONS: The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and their was mildew all over the shower. We found random small bugs in the room on 2 or 3 counts. The walls have cracks and damage. Staff were also not super friendly. No one ever smiles at this hotel. PROS: very comfortable bed. Room is very quiet and black out blinds work great. Central location close to shopping and the university. Hotel and surrounding area felt very safe even at night."

"Their staff accidentally broke a face cleaning tool in our room. Their manager tried so hard to reach out to me because I don't have local phone number and kept asking for how they make it up. Later they bought another one for us and also brought a bag of mooncakes as a gift to us. So friendly and considerate to customers. Will stay again in future for sure. 5 out of 5. "
