"Very warm and approachable staff. We can speak Mandarin, so language was not a problem for us. There is also a lobby security staff there, making us feel very safe. Walking distance (about 5min slow walk) to wangfujing street. And hotel downstairs have a convenient shop as well. Maybe they can consider placing more chairs around the lobby."

"Location of hotel is easily accessible, yet not too noisy. Wangfujing is within walking distance. Room is kind of small, not much space to place luggage especially if your luggage is big (25inch). Overall cleanliness is acceptable, but do note that the room consistently has smoking smell even for non-smoking room. Room features (e.g. lighting) can be AI controlled, which adds some form of convenience if you speak Mandarin. Still a good choice is you're looking for a hotel based on good location."

"We arrived on a late flight, check-in was straight forward. We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was spacious and very comfortable although a little dated. Our room faced the park side. Whenever we called for anything, service was always prompt. Location is convenient and walkable to Sanlitun. We would stay at the Conrad again. "

"Everything was perfect - I was specially impressed by the eagerness of the staff to help us move our luggage and the generosity of the complimentary drinks (a small bottle of port wine and abundant supply of Aqua Panna, beer and soft drinks) and snacks. However, the hotel forgot to refill on our last day. I know the hotel would supply them on request. Our stay was unfortunately disrupted by the strangers knocking on the door twice on the New Year’s Eve and New Year Day. We brought our concerns to the hotel. The hotel staff explained that it was because guests with a room key can access to any floors which became the loophole. The staff also sincerely apologised (though it was more the guests’ fault) and gave us souvenirs as a token of gratitude. I would still recommend this hotel. It was otherwise impeccable if not for the mishaps. "
