"It was located near JR train station, so it was very convenient. A nice business hotel. Room was a bit small for 3 people, but beds were comfortable. Did not have a public bath. Buffet breakfast was very good in variety and quality. "

"Great stay! Our room overlooked the bay/river/lake (don't quite know which one it was) on the 4th floor. We booked a Japanese style room, and slept on floor futons. It was surprisingly comfortable for us even though we are very tall and double the size of locals. Our kids were loud at times even though we tried to tame them as much as possible. "My Japanese Mother-In-Law, wife and daughter stayed at the hotel for one night. Through the food and morning buffet was good the room was not in good condition. They notice a rotten smell as well as the washroom was not cleaned very well. They actually changed rooms. Also the futon and bedding should be replaced. "

"This was our second stay at a Toyoko property in Japan. Rooms were super clean, great amenities from laundry machines to baggage storage and just a short walk to the train station. The best part was the wonderful Japanese breakfast! Lots of variety and very yummy food to fuel up for a day of sightseeing in Matsue. A very comfortable stay."
