"The room was very clean with comfortable bed and bathroom . Very spacious and clean front lobby for meeting with friends and relatives. Very close and convenient location to Yonago Airport . The plane took us to Haneda and further to Narita for our return trip to US. I will definitely return to this hotel when I have a chance to return to Yonago. "

"Very nice onsen ryokan with seaview in room and breakfast area. It is also good that u can enjoy the dinner in your room, which is now not a common practice in most of the onsen ryokan. Everything is designed to meet the needs of the guests. Highly recommended if u will travel to Yonago area, especially for its reasonable charge."

"The facilities and services are great. Big main Onsen Bath, along with great souvenirs shop & free wine/sake offer to hotel guesses between 5-6pm. Staffs are very polite and fluent in English. Happy with the stay. We enjoy very much. "

"Nice overnight stay in a traditional old ryokan. Last-minute booking ended us up in an awkwardly tiny room but the Onsen was lovely and good breakfast. Hostess was very helpful finding us a dinner spot. Handy location near the beach."

"Great stay! Our room overlooked the bay/river/lake (don't quite know which one it was) on the 4th floor. We booked a Japanese style room, and slept on floor futons. It was surprisingly comfortable for us even though we are very tall and double the size of locals. Our kids were loud at times even though we tried to tame them as much as possible. "It was very close to the train station and my restaurants. There was onsite parking for a small fee, which was great as we had hired a car and felt the car was very safe. The breakfast was sensational and included in the price of the room. We were very impressed. "

One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. "It was worth the effort to get here as we could have easily based ourselves in Yonago. The hotel is lovely and the view from our ocean view room was spectacular. The ocean is very clean to swim in. Breakfast was excellent and we dined in the restaurant one evening which was a hilarious experience for us navigating the menu with Google translate and the online ordering system. The menu was diverse and the food good. We look forward to returning."

"This was our second stay at a Toyoko property in Japan. Rooms were super clean, great amenities from laundry machines to baggage storage and just a short walk to the train station. The best part was the wonderful Japanese breakfast! Lots of variety and very yummy food to fuel up for a day of sightseeing in Matsue. A very comfortable stay."
