"Although it was a capsule hotel, it was very comfortable. If you are going to keep things in the fridge and it disappears, it’s most likely the staff is holding onto it if you are bringing luggage it’s a better hotel if you only have one piece of luggage. "

"When you first get there, it seems like it's a standard, up-to-standards Japanese business hotel. But...my request of having a corner and/or a room not in between two other active rooms was not honored. Then I got placed in a room next to the elevator. I didn't notice it at first, but I could hear the elevator noise going up and down ALL THE TIME. Either the elevator is faulty and/or the walls are too thin. "It was worth the effort to get here as we could have easily based ourselves in Yonago. The hotel is lovely and the view from our ocean view room was spectacular. The ocean is very clean to swim in. Breakfast was excellent and we dined in the restaurant one evening which was a hilarious experience for us navigating the menu with Google translate and the online ordering system. The menu was diverse and the food good. We look forward to returning."

Yukai Resort Kaikeonsen Kaike Saichoraku

"English translation follows. I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. Thank you to the staff for their flexibility and assistance in meeting our unique needs during our stay. One final note: this area of Japan does not have a lot of English speakers, so if you are an English-only traveler you may have difficulty at this location."
