"It was located near JR train station, so it was very convenient. A nice business hotel. Room was a bit small for 3 people, but beds were comfortable. Did not have a public bath. Buffet breakfast was very good in variety and quality. "

"Although it was a capsule hotel, it was very comfortable. If you are going to keep things in the fridge and it disappears, it’s most likely the staff is holding onto it if you are bringing luggage it’s a better hotel if you only have one piece of luggage. "

"Great stay! Our room overlooked the bay/river/lake (don't quite know which one it was) on the 4th floor. We booked a Japanese style room, and slept on floor futons. It was surprisingly comfortable for us even though we are very tall and double the size of locals. Our kids were loud at times even though we tried to tame them as much as possible. "When you first get there, it seems like it's a standard, up-to-standards Japanese business hotel. But...my request of having a corner and/or a room not in between two other active rooms was not honored. Then I got placed in a room next to the elevator. I didn't notice it at first, but I could hear the elevator noise going up and down ALL THE TIME. Either the elevator is faulty and/or the walls are too thin. "This was our second stay at a Toyoko property in Japan. Rooms were super clean, great amenities from laundry machines to baggage storage and just a short walk to the train station. The best part was the wonderful Japanese breakfast! Lots of variety and very yummy food to fuel up for a day of sightseeing in Matsue. A very comfortable stay."
