"Enjoyed my stay 2 night stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon! The service was exceptional; the doormen greeted me at my car every time to carry my luggage and ensured that I didn’t leave anything behind. The bed was comfortable, pillows were great, loved the bidet in the washroom and towels were super soft! Highly recommended!!"

"This hotel is all about location—right in the heart of the city, with easy walking access to many attractions. Taxis will get you to sites farther out. It has a 5-star reputation and generally lives up to that reputation. My wife and I have stayed here every time we have visited HCM city, usually for more than one day, and would look to do so any future stay in the city. By Vietnamese standards, it costs a bit more compared to other hotels in the area. Compared to hotel rates in the U.S., however, it is a great deal for a room that is more spacious than your average hotel in VN, with a fabulous buffet breakfast available to boot. What’s not to love about all this?"

"A beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff! Breakfast, lunch and dinner all delicious! The pool is on the roof. A bit crowded for lounging before and after a dip. But, there is a hot tub/Jacuzzi. The spa is very nice! The gym is small, but has good quality equipment. The room is very luxurious. My room didn't have a window. But, hey, i went there to sleep. Unless youre on a top floor with a veiw, it doesnt matter. The hotel is decorated in antiques in the lobby area! So cool! High speed wifi (around 30 to 40 MB/sec). Good for watching youtube, etc. Large tv in the room with all kinds of channels from all over the world. Walking in the area is great to get to almost all the highlights of the city. Miseums, markets etc. Tons of little shops in the area too! I loved this place! Id stay here again!"

"Great value! Rooms were spacious for 2. I did not try breakfast buffet because I had to leave early in the morning. Requested for a packed breakfast meal which was provided (a sandwich, fruit, yogurt and fruit juice). There is small mall besides the hotel (food court on the top floor - very inexpensive and delicious meal under $5) and Family Mart convenience store. Shuttle pick up and drop off is free. You need to book in advance. Highly suggest you email hotel with your flight details. My domestic was delayed but I was still picked up.For domestic pick it’s outside exit A by the A09 pillar. There is a person with an IBIS sign. You can literally walk to the hotel. However, I do t see any pedestrian along the way. Not safe with all the vehicles and scooters who don’t stop for pedestrians.."
