"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "Excellent accomm less than 1 minute walk to Ximen station (gate 3), well placed for access to the local walking district and food offerings. The room we had was a bit small for 2 of us with large suitcases and the walls felt a bit thin but the service from the staff was impeccable. Also free noodles and use of laundry facilities. "Location is very convenient from the MRT and The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was quite small and like other reviews stated the walls are thin so outside/neighboring room noise could be heard. On Expedia it stated that they offer 24 hour shuttle service, however that is false. Front desk said they don't. The dryer also doesn't work efficiently on bigger loads. If you have a few pieces of clothing only then it works fine and it's not free. Overall, minus the dryer not working...
