"My husband and I had a wonderful two-day stay at the Hyatt Heathrow. We arrived quite late on quite a chilly evening and were concerned about the room feeling drafty. We called reception, and Masani answered. He went above and beyond to ensure the room was warm and comfortable, even preparing it before our arrival. From start to finish, the staff provided a warm and welcoming experience. The room was clean, and the shower temperature/pressure was perfect. A highlight for us was the amazing view of planes flying past our window. A huge thank you to Masani for going the extra mile! We’re already looking forward to our next stay!"

Reception was friendly and when I checked out they told me about a direct pod that takes them from their hotel to the airport in 5 min. This was perfect since I didn’t want to walk to a bus station alone at 6 in the morning "
