"Although the Thistle Marble Arch Hotel wasn't the least expensive option in this area of London, we enjoyed our five night stay here. The beds were comfy and impeccably made up each day. Towels were thick and soft. We REALLY appreciated the room-darkening drapes; they did the job well, and the in-room coffee machine made great coffee! It was a quiet room on the 5th floor, and the comfort it provided each night helped make our London visit the best it could be, because we got a good night's rest every night."

"Ethan gave us such a warm welcome at the reception. He set the tone for a memorable stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfy. The Wi-Fi worked. In the evening, the receptionist got me proper milk instead of those tiny UHT things that I hate! The only frustrating thing was trying to get the waterfall shower to work. Great service!"
