We asked for a let checkout of noon instead of 11 and the guy told us that would be fine and he would make a note of it and then we got a knock in the middle of my baby’s nap because he never passed it on so that was frustrating but overall, we were very pleased with the room! "From the moment I walked in l was greeted by an awesome front desk receptionist. I had asked for an ADA room when booking but was given a different room. The receptionist got me transferred to another room and so that I didn’t have to go down to reception again he came up and made sure I was comfortable. I slept great! So great I missed breakfast. Having had the food service for hotels through Sysco Foods I always wondered why it was cut-off so early. Especially since like myself did not check...

"We have stayed at the recently renamed Jackson Hotel several times we're always impressed by the fact that it is clean clean there's plenty of pillows lots of towels and the staff is always extra friendly and helpful and did I mention that the rates are outstanding"
