"Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access"

"Breakfast was awful, dry and cold sausage and eggs, not much available at all. Room was alright, paint job was poor and shower was very small. Parking lot was full of ice and the door to access our room was very far from parking"

"We were traveling with my father and I got him his own room. We also requested first floor. Upon check in, they gave us rooms next to eaxh other, which was extremely helpful."
