"overall, great stay. Rooms are large, updated, and clean. We had two rooms- both backed to the stairs- didn’t hear a thing from other rooms or anything like some posts have said. Parking garage right across the street- $35/night. Area was totally fine- lots to do and options for eating or snagging a drink. We didn’t encounter any homeless issues- even walking in the tenderloin. Our new go-to vacay spot for when we visit SF. "

"Overall, it was a good place to stay. Convenient location. The room and bathroom were quite nice, and staff were friendly. The hotel is pretty accessible - there is a small step to get into the shower and no grab bars. So things to keep in mind for disabled/older folks. My only complaint is that air conditioning is listed on the Expedia site, but there is actually no air conditioning in the rooms, only heat.
