"We stayed for 5 nights and our family came to join us for Saturday night and I asked if we could be close to their room and they gave us one opposite which was great. Many thanks to the lovely lady on the front desk who organised this for us. Good breakfast and nice coffee shop. Hotel is close to M and S and Selfridges and there is even an old London pub nearby. Good location for buses and rooms are nice too"

"Pros: excellent location, room size good considering price. Rooms clean and well maintained. On site bar open late, with attentive staff. Front office staff very pleasant, even considering the high volume of check ins and check outs that happen each day. Near a metro station and across from Kensington Garden (we enjoyed the view of the Garden from our room on an upper floor). Suggestions: The Bar/Restaurant bathrooms get a pretty high volume and need to be cleaned more frequently...

"Firstly the good bits. The staff were friendly on arrival and checkout. The beds were comfortable which the main thing you want in a hotel. The room had two bottles of complementary water and a nice selection of teas and coffees. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. What let the hotel down was the upkeep of the room. The corners had a lot of cobwebs so those are missed during cleaning. The light above the mirror was coming away from the wall and didn’t work. The towel heating...

"The hotel had its ups and downs. While the room was spacious and comfortable, with an impeccable bathroom, the overall decor of the hotel from the front desk to the hallways and lobby was not aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately, our room was located on an underground floor, making it extremely dark, with the windows facing a dark wall, limiting natural light. However, the staff at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating that I didn’t feel the need to complain when the underground...
