"Hotel is situated in a good location at Holborn and is about 2 mins walk from the Holborn metro station. There are many shops, marts, gym and eateries around the vicinity. I booked an executive studio room which comes with kitchenette, private bathroom and comfortable bed. Hotel staff were very helpful and approachable. There is a small gym within the hotel at level one. Hotel breakfast is charged at GBP15 per pax. "

"This is not a traditional hotel; it's considered service studio "apartments." I would characterize the room as sort of like a Comfort Inn, but with kitchenette. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Bayswater underground station, and 15 minutes to Paddington station. There are several grocery options within walking distance, and a number of restaurants and cafes. "I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

Functional kitchen, washer/drier in room (which we struggled with but I think it was more user error, drier took FOREVER to dry clothes), and the even included some amazing snacks, water, and tea for our stay. Very comfortable, tons of modern touches. Great walkable location close to the underground, tons of restaurants, i could go on and on. Perfect home for our week in London. "

Already planning to go back!

"I was so comfortable here that I really hated leaving to return home. First, the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Second, the breakfast was great and had a good variety of choices to create a full breakfast and then some. It was clean and smelled nice. Third, the location was perfect: easy walking distance to trains, buses, taxis always there, the theatres, Covent Garden (fabulous), landmarks, restaurants and many stores including grocery express and some clothing stores. The only drawback was that there was not a socket to plug my hair dryer and flat iron in in the bathroom - even with the adapter. In the room there are charging ports, some international sockets and American appliance sockets. Haxell's the internal restaurant was awesome. Joe Allens - a theatre themed restaurant has an entrance into the hotel. "
