"Not too crowded like other hotels due to shopping around , easy access to Haram, fast elevators and amazing breakfast. The only discomfort if the uphill going back from Haram (which is why not recommended for seniors) There was a a unique unpleasant odor upon entering the room which requires deep cleaning may be underneath the beds or carpet smells. "

The rooms are spacious and they provided two double beds and one single bed for a family of 4 which was excellent. Lift is new and very fast. Good breakfast options. We had to wait 10-15 minutes each time where as other hotel shuttles was always coming on within 3-5 minutes interval.
